These terms govern the use of the website romero-digital.com and the contracting of digital marketing services offered by Ariel Romero under the Romero Digital brand.
2. Services
Romero Digital offers digital marketing services, Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management, design and strategy. The scope, price and timelines of each service are agreed individually with each client before starting.
3. Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to take actions that could damage it or prevent its normal operation. Site content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer unless expressly agreed.
4. Intellectual property
All site content (text, design, logo, graphics) is owned by Romero Digital or used with permission. Reproduction without prior written consent is not allowed.
5. Liability
Romero Digital works with professional diligence but does not guarantee specific results in advertising campaigns, as they depend on multiple external factors (market, competition, budget, platforms). We are not responsible for decisions made by the client based on site information.
6. Payments
Payment terms are agreed individually in each proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, services are billed in advance or according to agreed milestones.
7. Cancellation
Either party may end the business relationship with reasonable advance notice. Work already done or budget committed on platforms is non-refundable.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Honduras. For clients in other jurisdictions, the applicable regulations will apply according to the individual agreement.
